1. The district's help desk system can be accessed via the following ways:
 
  • The red Help Me Out icon on all staff desktop computers
  • In the top left of Google Chrome under "appublicschools.com's Bookmarks"
  • Under the "Staff" resources tab on the district web site
  • Navigating to: help.allenparkschools.com and signing in using your district Google account credentials
 
2. For immediate assistance, dial HELP (4357) on any district phone to contact all members of the Technology Department.
